The department of Equipment and Process Engineering is part of the FAB and has the responsibility to maintain and improve the running process technologies. For the introduction of a new process we are looking for senior process engineers for sections Dry-etch, Metal and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing).

As a process engineer you are responsible for all process related issues on assigned tools and processes. The location is dependent on your experience.

Your main responsibilities concern:

- Continuously improving main KPI's: Line Yield, Defect Reduction, Process Capability, Cost Reduction and Cycle Time. For continuous improvement activities you define and execute actions and projects based on pareto's and trends for Key Performance Indicators like line yield, uptime, Ppk's, OOC's and particle performance.
- New Process developments: you develop and qualify new process steps for new products. Hereby you have close contact with colleagues from other Equipment and Process Engineering sections and with the Process Integration department.
- Supporting the manufacturing organisation, sustaining tasks. These tasks comprehend hold lots, reduction of OOC's, solving Defectivity issues, tool and process issues. For manufacturing you give support on complex tool and process issues. Therefore you analyse data, make action plans and you coach technicians and process operators.
- Project Management. Initiate and lead complex projects


- 3 Year relevant experience in a comparable job in semiconductor industry, preferable in dry etching, metal or CMP processes.
- Familiar with following tools:
- Dry etch: LAM tools
- Metal: AMAT Endura
- CMP: AMAT Mirra
- Analytical skills, problem solving techniques, etc.
- Precise, focus on quality.
- Result driven.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Degree: Bachelor or Master degree in physics, chemistry or process development.
