Mission Description:
The position is into the CMO Management department. This group support our external partners for the manufacture of API and Drug Product on behalf of UCB.
The mission is mainly Project Driven
Mission responsibilities:
* Support a CMO Manager in its daily workload
* Responsible for having the oversight of a process transfer activities at the CMO
* Deliver technical expertise to support UCB CMO's in order to ensure effective processes, optimize capacity utilisation and quality.
* Lead multifunctional teams to ensure tech transfers, validation, investigation and business support activities to/from CMO's for existing and new products.
* Perform 1st line troubleshooting at CMO's in scope and lead investigations and CAPA in case of complex, business relevant technical and supply issues
Specific professional/technical expertise and key skills required:
* Master degree in Chemical engineering
* Significant Operation management in chemical API GMP environment : >5 years
* Experience in process validation is required
* International Exposure in pharmaceutical project management
* Fluent in English (written &spoken)
* Ability to lead multi-functional teams, influence others, hold teams accountable, results orientated, effective at networking, able to manage projects and to attain results.
* Must be able to manage external business partners and relationships to influence partners to deliver results that UCB needs.
* Communication and networking external and internal
