SUMMARY:
Automation Troubleshooting and Change Control Development and Implementation for Suite CD

DUTIES:

- Improve Operational Reliability and Efficiency in Suite CD through Implementation of Corrective and Continuous Improvement Automation Change Controls
- Identify, scope, develop, implement, and test automation corrective change controls that will improve the overall operational reliability and efficiency of operations in suite CD.
- These changes may be identified through Suite CD continuous improvement/M1 efforts, the CAPA and investigation process, and through EVM and Operations requests.

Changes include

- New harvest transfer line
- Integration of new wave rockers into current MCS
- Bioreactor pH ROC and Media Transfer Phase changes
- New VPro skid automation programming support
- Automation changes to support CAPA closure
- Analysis and corrective action for common and reoccuring automation issues
- Automation changes to support new product/tech transfer initiatives

DELIVERABLES:

- Implemented, tested, and closed change controls for items identified in the prioritized automation corrective change control list, based on equipment availability, project schedules, and area priorities.
- The engineer must follow the program standards and current conventions for Suite CD based on Building B control system standards.
- The engineer must also follow all current GMP procedures and policies including the site change control procedure.

- Automation Engineer
- Must have detailed knowledge of GE Fanuc iFIX SCADA application, Oracle, iHistorian, Allen Bradley/Rockwell PLCS and HMI's.
