Process Engineer

My client is a Tier one automotive manufacturer in Northampton.

Due to continued success with recent NPL's they are now looking for additional resources to assist them through this exciting time they are looking for a Process Engineer

This role will be to ensure process optimisation of existing product lines. As well as looking at additional NPL's and the requirements that come with them to bring them in to full volume production. You will need to identify current capabilities as well as additional resource required.

You will need to be data driven and methodical in your approach to projects, and have proven experience in increasing cycle times without impacting on quality. You must be confident enough to be able to drive the process forward whilst ensuring insuring any faults are dealt with in a systematic way

Key Skills

. Minimum HNC or Above
. Lean/Six Sigma
. Have an Understanding APQP,PFMEA, PPAP and TS16949

Please candidate will only be considered from an automotive background within tier 1
