Process Engineer
Our global top 10 pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support work on new equipment required for a key business unit.
This is a dynamic and challenging assignment with a hands on approach plus a heavy regulatory technical component. You will be involved with the tendering process, supplier selection, GMP compliance, drafting (Quality) documents, organisational matters, development and practical execution.
The Role:
Leading the tendering, procurement, documentation and start-up process for CIP and washing machine new equipment.
Communication with suppliers and overseeing of FAT and SAT.
The design, definition and implementation of processes for CIP and washing machines;
The validation, evaluation, documentation and reporting for processes of CIP and washing machines;
To contribute to troubleshooting for production-related problems;
To contribute to quality assurance by developing and improving measurement or control;
Maintaining discussions with suppliers on technical content areas.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in a GMP pharmaceutical environment
Knowledge of CIP and washing machines - from process design to commissioning.
A good sense of project work to tight deadlines;
Both a strong team player and able to work independently;
A pro-active attitude with a &hands on
English language skills essential
French language skills a bonus.
