Process Engineer

Engineer will expected to be technically proficient with:

* Development of process design documentation including feed capacity and physical properties, product quality requirements, battery limits conditions for all feeds and products and any special design considerations
* Plant conceptual process planning including block flow diagram preparation and analysis
* Technology evaluation including familiarity with major licensors of process plant technology
* Process Simulation of the various unit operations involved including distillation, reactions, heat transfer, extraction, etc.
* Equipment rating and sizing calculations
* Process flow diagram and heat and material balance calculations
* Development of Piping and instrument diagrams
* Line list development
* Infrastructure analysis and design including utilities, flare, sour water stripping, amine, etc.
* Determination of emergency relief loads for individual occurrences
* Hydraulic calculations
* Safe guarding conceptual design and narrative description
* Must have oral and written communication skills
