My client, a Aberdeen based Operator is looking for a Process Engineer to join their team on a long term contract. This role will provide Processing Engineer support for the on-going studies and projects with the operator. As Process Engineer you will also ensure that projects are designed in accordance with company wide specifications and ensure legal compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
*Ensure HSE rules are respected and safe working practices followed
*Ensure Company and technical specifications related to Process Engineering and related disciplines are adopted by design contractors and validated during the design reviews
*Provide technical support to Project Managers/Engineers
*Provide input to safety reviews and resolution of issues (eg HAZOPS/SPOT/PTR)
*Advise Project Managers of any technical areas of concern, and ensure resolution of issues on a timely basis to enable safe Project Delivery in accordance with agreed budget and schedule.

Candidates Experience Required:
*Professionally qualified engineer with relevant experience
*Specialist knowledge in their own discipline together with sound understanding of other project disciplines.
*Experience of effectively supporting projects that are high value, fast track and managing associated risks.
*Capability to effectively and safely participate in a project team of staff, contractors and vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.
*Ability to present process related issues status to partners, stakeholders and authorities.
