Process Engineer

An EPC Firm in the St. Louis area is searching for a Process Engineer with 2-3+ years of Refinery, Chemical Process and/or Chemical Manufacturing experience for a long-term contract position with the potential to go direct hire, if you are interested in a more permanent position. Open to contract, temp-to-perm and direct hire candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as P&ID Coordinator with the primary responsibility of working with drafters to update project P&IDs per actual vendor drawings and approved project scope changes
- Employee may also be asked to perform process engineering calculations and manage minor equipment vendor packages
- Assist in arranging inputs for producing Process Engineering related documents & drawings.
- Development of Drawings for Proposal. Archiving documents for future reference.
- Follow-up with Project Manager for Review/Approval of Process Engineering related documents & drawings by client.

REQUIREMENTS

- BS in Engineering
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in an EPC and/or Refinery, Chemical Process and/or Chemical Manufacturing Facility
- Process Engineering experience on Refinery, Chemical Process and/or Chemical Manufacturing projects
