Our Process management teams have as main objective to document, manage and improve processes in order to increase the customer
satisfaction and ensure an efficient processing from the front (branches) to the back(operations) of the bank's activities.
Currently, major initiatives are impacting the bank's processing. Objective of the mission is to support the set-up and implementation of the process documentation.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
° Set-up Process documentation
° Identification macro processes
° Analyse and design processes
° Identification of key figures/KPIs required for the process performance analysis
° Organisation and planning of the workshops
° Reporting to management of key results

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

English Good

Experience 5-10 years of experience.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Knowledge of Process management methodologies in financial services.
