SKILLS:
- BA degree or higher required, 7+ years of experience.
- Most critical skills: Solid understanding of fermentation and purification practices.
- Experience in process scale up and/or process start up in a new facility.
- Must be able to understand and assimilate technical information from documents and be able to translate the information to the production environment.
- Must have excellent problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to effectively work from a remote location
- Regulatory Documentation experience is desired
- Experience with regulatory filings is a plus.
