Projektbeschreibung

Harvey Nash is looking for a Process Development Manager Supply Chain Business Systems for a 6 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for defining, implementing and sustaining business processes to ensure standardised and consistent Sales and Distribution procedures across the functions in Local and Global organizations; governing and requiring IT changes to enable and facilitate business process execution; implementing the procedures at all relevant Vaccines Locations ensuring that all the relevant aspects are covered: training, change management and documentation, in alignment with GxP rules, SOX and clients policies; supporting to improve supply chain management performance across the Division. The role is expected to play a full part in driving strategic developments and improvements, as well as commitment to the development of the wider Global Supply Managementby consequence. He/She sits on the SC/IT ERP Governance Forum and the Business Process Owners Forum.
- identifying needs, gaps and propose solution to improve the performance of the overall organization. Translate business requests in processes review and/or changes proposals and/or user requirements for IT.
- prioritizing requests to ensure a proper alignment between improvements plan and Techops/SC strategy managing stakeholders expectations
- improving business processes including any report to ensure transparency and faster decision. It is expected that the role holder will contribute to other SAP-related requirements outside of supply chain function as necessary
- Ensuring that sales & distribution/commercial process landscape is secure and robust as foundation for future developments
- Ensuring that staff education is maintained at a very high level of competence (requires training material and programme to be developed, delivered and maintained). The role is key in building and improving the Business Process Expert community across the whole business. He/She ensures that all relevant associates are enabled and competent to run the required saleshe/she is accountable to ensure consistency between Local and Global Procedures; he/she is a reviewer of Local procedures
- Collaborating with head of Standard and System to build training concept and training approach
- Collaborating with Trainingif Scientific then additional industrial experience of supply chain/distribution
- Knowledge and experience of SAP/other ERP systems, specifically around S the role will provide information through presentations at every level of the company.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Experience in multicultural and Matrix environments
- Willingness to travel
- English (fluent), plus mother tongue. Italian is an asset
