Process Development Associate II Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE II to join our client in West Greenwich, RI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide technical support which would include assisting in the execution of bench scale experimentation for the development, optimization and tech transfer of cell culture or fermentation processes using 1-7L glass bioreactors, 10-50 L disposable bioreactors and shaker flasks and using the following analytical equipment CEDEX, YSI, BGA and NOVA systems.
- The individual will also assist in review, analysis, and interpretation of scientific data and results.
- In addition, the individual will assist with media compounding and filtration as well as assist with the general upkeep of the laboratory.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Life Sciences with one to three (1-3) years of experience in upstream process development.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a strong team environment.
