JOB TITLE: Process Designer (Enterprise Delivery)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- To study the current Wireline Telecom Process of the customer and re-engineer them; identify initiatives for saving cost to customer
- Process Re-engineering Blueprint at service and resource (network) layers including initiatives for cost saving to customer
- Process design showing the various E2E processes for provisioning of various enterprise & wholesale products and services
- Support to project delivery team on process related queries
- Ensuring process changes cater to product simplification and automation
- Creating Business requirement specification (BRS) documents for IT development
- Creating UAT test cases and ensuring business requirements in BRS are met by solution
- Supporting end customer training for new deployments

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES 

- eTOM process re-engineering experience.
- Wireline knowledge of Enterprise and Wholesale processes and products (IP VPN, IP Telephony, VoIP, Leased Lines, IPTV, Dark fiber, Mobile backhauls, MPLS and VLAN configuration, Emulated line, Routing etc),  Service provisioning of enterprise products, Resource provisioning of enterprise products,
- Ability to draw the process flow diagrams using provided tools.
- Excellent knowledge of OSS architecture and products
- Excellent knowledge of provisioning of enterprise products mentioned above
- Excellent ability to design OSS processes for enterprise products as per IT architecture defined,
- Ability to capture accurate business requirements from customer.
- Excellent  communication skills, ability to conduct customer workshops independently
- Ability to understand his business as well as to convey the same to the project team.
