The process consultant autonomously performs activities in the field of design, optimization, process description and implementation. These activities comprise the execution of workshops and interviews with medium and large sized group of subject matter experts.

The process consultant defines risk

*Assertiveness to acquire detailed information and to document this information in a comprehensive manner for business representatives but also technically correct to be in line with stakeholders such as Enterprise architecture and Operational risk;

*Adopt a logical and thorough approach for analysing process flows and requirements;

*Interact with multiple internal stakeholders with the ability to understand their (parts of the) process;

*Project management skills in planning and executing activities in a pro-active self-starting manner;

*Extensive knowledge as process consultant within financial organizations;

*Modeling language: Experience in modelling in BPMN (2.0);

*Tooling: Experience in modelling in Bizz Design;

*Knowledge of operational risk management

*The extent to which candidates possesses the aforementioned overall requirements and experience also determines the seniority level suggested by the supplier and the position the candidate will hold.
