Process Designer is urgently required for a 6-month initial contract in the Netherlands and will be responsible for the realization of high-level process designs in key areas of our client's products and services. Process designer will establish and drive process improvements of customer facing or impacting processes by focusing on continuity and optimisation.
Skills required:
*Able to demonstrate strong BPM experience gained within the telecom and/or IT sector, coupled with a strong understanding of the Dutch IT and/or telecom industry.
*Demonstrable experience in process design, realization, improvement, and implementation.
*Able to build bridges between different various interests, IE; Customers, processes, business goals, technology, systems, products, and so on.
*Strong analytical skills - Able to proactively identify areas for change and improvement.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at a senior level.
