Process Design/Operational Excellence Consultant x4

Process Design Consultant/Operational Excellence Analyst x4 required for a contract role with our Financial Services Client based in Andover. The contract will run for an initial 6 months.

The selected candidates will be required to lead and implement good Operations Management practices, coach Service Excellence capability, putting the customer at the heart of what they do, through deployment of Lean Sigma & System Thinking Methodologies within the Operations they are working in.

To be considered for this role applicants should have demonstrable experience of the following:
- Process Analysis & Design standard.
- Lean/Sigma practitioner in a financial environment.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation (verbal and paper) skills
- Significant experience of coaching/mentoring team members in the use of new operational processes
