The selected candidates will be required to design, deliver and map current 'As Is' processes and design 'To Be' processes.
To be considered for this role applicants should have demonstrable experience of the following:
- Process Analysis & Design standard.
- Lean/Sigma practitioner in a financial environment.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation (verbal and paper) skills
- Significant experience of coaching/mentoring team members in the use of new operational processes
