PROCESS COORDINATOR JUNIOR WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent academic record
- Strong background in providing OPERATIONS SUPPORT
- Good understanding of IT industry as well as familiarity with SQL and PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES would be a big plus
- Know-How in Internet, online applications and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing operations and technological support on a daily basis
- Testing new interfaces and prototypes and providing feedback to Engineering Teams
- Developing necessary training materials and quality evaluation processes
- Coordinating rating operations with teams onsite and abroad
- Developing dashboards to track daily metrics
- Interacting with high-level executives and performing flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
