We are looking for a Process Administrator Assistant who can speak English + French or Dutch, for a freelance contract until the end of the year in Brussels.
Description:
- Be in charge of documentation as well as work instructions related to several internal processes (for example: change/configuration management) related to the program of the company
- Provide general assistance to the Process Manager
- Be responsible for the set-up of training sessions and be able to lead these sessions
- If necessary, you will also be responsible of training the internal people involved in the processes
- Be in charge of analyzing the tool requirements in order to progress and develop new tools and avoid gaps related to the tools usage
- Participate in the definition of KPI's and dashboard reports
Skills:
- Excellent in English and French and/or Dutch
- Excellent communication skills
- Sufficient ITIL knowledge
- Able to speak in front of a large audience and provide trainings
- Able to work in an autonomous way
