Process Consultant six Sigma/lean x 2

My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit 2 x Process Change consultants to join their transformation team. You will have extensive experience as a Process Change Consultant, ideally gained across industry sectors, although if you have specific experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors that would be an advantage. It is expected you will be qualified in either Six Sigma or Lean techniques and be able to to act as a sponsor and ambassador for the Transformation team as you interact with users and stakeholders within the clients global business. The Change programme is a major transformation piece involving teams in multiple global locations, changing from regional to a centre led strategy and operating model. If you have specific experience of working on global change projects especially within functional areas such as finance and purchasing then this would also be an advantage.
