Process Consultant (Must have Visa for US)

My client a global organisation who specialise in process planning and delivering business and operational transformation initiatives to a number of global clients. They are now looking to recruit Process Consultants who ideally has insurance experience who can aid in business/operational transformations. Must be based in New York or have an L1 Visa and be able to start straight away!

Successful applicants will possess the following characteristics:

- Proven operational and consulting background and experience in insurance, transformations across various insurance functions including sales, service, claims, underwriting, distribution, reinsurance, and finance
- Experience in designing and delivering highly effective transformations that involve application of effective change interventions, process based analytics, process models, methods and tools (including Lean) that deliver major business benefits
- Program/Project experience in business process improvement and re-engineering, new technology/systems deployments, strategy and planning
- Quantitative ability to gather, analyse and interpret data
- Readily adaptable individual who is able to be effective from day 1' and who enjoys a range of demanding challenges
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment and as an individual

The job functions include the following:

- Provide management consulting advisory services to executives in the insurance industry across business functions such as underwriting, claims, IT, finance and accounting
- Assist in program design and program and project management of complex projects consisting of diverse practitioners across management, operations, and support domains
- Support strategic business and operational transformation projects including: issue analysis and business case development, process redesign, technical and functional requirements design assistance, and operational transformation and improvement
- Lead project work streams including the management of Junior Analysts and practitioners
