Process Consultant for Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery area (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop processes & process descriptions for our new “Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery” organization
-Process development in cooperation with stakeholders and different teams according to the agreed scope
-Publication of processes using tools defined by the CID Process Office department
-Existing processes are reviewed and improved according to findings (improvement proposals) of the organization
-Lead process definition activities leveraging industry best practices (e.g. ITIL)
-Design & document processes according to the IT Process Office documentation standards
-Standardize IT processes and support process deployment activities
-Applying lean principles, identify and reduce waste in processes
-Organize workshop and achieve results in an independent and competent way

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Good ITIL know how
-Sound understanding of infrastructure technology and/or hosting approaches
-Good Cloud Business understanding
-Strong communication capabilities
-Professional English skills
