We are seeking a Process consultant for development and implementation of Capacity Management processes in the area Infrastructure
- Strong process consultancy skills; best practices, process modelling, frameworks and methodologies.
- Solid expertise with facilitation, development and cross organizational implementation of processes is required.
- Broad and deep IT knowledge of Capacity Management responsibilities, activities and techniques, eg as defined in ITIL Best Practices
- ITIL knowledge on expert level is a must
- Practical knowledge from managing capacity within IT Operations/Service Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal and influencing skills
- Fluent Buiness level English language - both oral and written
- Eliginility to work in Denmark (EU Passport/Work Permit)
LOCATION: Copenhagen, Denmark

DURATION: 4 Months
RATE: 73 Euros/Hour
