E2E High-level process documentation - New Activity Committee (NAC)

Function Description
- The INVEST domain and its business change program are in need of an external resource to document the 'new activities' of the various initiatives within the domain for compliance and risk analysis purposes.
- The resource should have good knowledge of E2E processes within securities - from front-to-back, together with knowledge of the regulatory framework -in particular MiFID2. Ideally the candidate has knowledge of the existing Belgian legislative framework, understands outsourcing challenges and is able to work with SLAs.
- The posted role focuses on the E2E documentation of the initiatives and management of stakeholders (e.g. through RACI) in order to obtain a validated sign-off from the business-owners taking into account opinions of legal, fiscal, risk, compliance, commercial, business continuity and finance.

Experience
Senior level in Process Management and good knowledge of Change Management challenges.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Excellent documentation skills (Word, Visio, Excel, BPM software)
- Understanding of the IT project lifecycle

Business Experience
Mandatory
- Securities (Front and Back-office)
- Business Process Management (BPM)

Preferable
- Knowledge of financial regulations with a focus on MiFID2
- Sound knowledge of financial & operational risk management
- Strong stakeholder management experience
