PROCESS/CHANGE MANAGER - SALES PERFORMANCE TOOLS - 3 MONTHS + - BRUSSELS
CONTEXT
Screening the department Sales Performance Management consisting of 3 sub departments (sales performance tools, commercial reporting & sales analysis) Audit on effectiveness, efficiency, synergies in order to make the department future proof. Screening existing profiles of people, way of working methods with extra attention for programming issues needed to construct reportings.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Target is screening the department from a technical view. Identify possible synergies, way of working in programming, process description.
Question is: can we work together in a better way to deliver our outputs as we want it to.
Outputs in terms of sales steering methods (financial), sales reportings, commercial presentations.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor or master degree - at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Very good understanding of work flow processes and strong organizational insight
- Experience with change management
- Identification of potential improvements areas
- Experience in sales performance tools
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
- Strong technical writing skills and strong expertise with process design and modelling
Preferable
- Strong insights in programming architecture
- Knowledge of SAS environment as programming language
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
- Extended experience in screening people with high technical skills in programming.
SOFT SKILLS
- Senior profile

- Good Communication and Influencing skills
- Good analytical and synthetical skills
