Process Change Manager, Brussels

Urgently seeking a Process Change Manager to help aid the design of new processes and perform change management for Front Office/Back Office users. Experience with ARIS (desirable) and professional banking experience required. Experience with Debit/Credit Card and International/Domestic/ATM Payments is highly desirable and the ability to speak Dutch of French a bonus.
