Process Business Analyst

- INITIAL 6-9 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client is seeking an experienced PROCESS BUSINESS ANALYST to work on a critical SAP implementation project. Working closely with the Project Manager and project team, you will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking project activities such as the development of change impact assessment, training needs analysis and change communication required to achieve the outcomes of the project.

You will assist with the implementation of "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes and functionality relating to program and project management, procurement and commercial management, financial management and reporting.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILL-SET:

- Solid experience in a Process Business Analyst role undertaking a transformational project and performing business and/or technical related project tasks and activities
- High level analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of information system applications and other relevant departmental systems, policies and procedures for a project delivery organisation
- Experience in the implementation of program/project management/commercial management business solutions for engineering and construction industry highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and document process and change management procedures, change impact assessment, training needs, and training material and change communication
