Process Architect specialist consultant - Lean six sigma

A Process Architect is required by my client, to play a key role in using lean six sigma for the change, development, and improvement in the end-to-end processes to deliver improved customer experience, productivity and efficiency, staff engagement and risk control.

The Process Architect will provide the development of process understanding, definition, improvement and control working. There will be immediate application of process design and re-engineering to support and report back on waste and efficiency therefore adding to continuous improvement in the bank.

The role holder will own relationships with process owners in functions across the Division, and own the governance of process management and change in those functions, supporting the process owners as required to ensure that standards of process management are maintained and that change is executed in a controlled manner. The Process Architect will also execute change in relation to business process management (BPM) and workflow management tooling

Other responsibilities include

*Work collaboratively within the Process Practice and with business partners to develop a process management and change governance framework; challenge and manage the development and evolution of that framework
*Assist with the development of a set of high level process design principles.
*Work collaboratively with organisation and technology design teams to construct appropriate target process design across functional areas.
*Set up, create material and run meetings and workshops with various global stakeholders and subject matter experts to articulate Current State ("as is"), and Future State ("to be") processes at functional level as well as articulation of benefits over existing processes

We would be looking for candidates with:

*Technical understanding and practical experience of Lean and Lean Six Sigma as applied to process design, re-design and improvement
*Experience of establishing and working within governance frameworks
*Understanding of continuous improvement.
*Training and coaching at management level and above
