Process Architect/Business Analyst_CONTRACT
Location - Basel, Switzerland
Main Activity - Their main activity will be to build and the wireframe processes and fill them and create nice documents out of it.
Contract Duration - Engagement is guaranteed for the next 3 months with high probability of extension (95% chances) till end of the year.
Availability - ASAP and immediate hire.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
oexperience in the Pharmaceutical sector.
oITIL, Service Design, Process Design specialists: experience in designing processes (while first collecting requirements), implementation of the processes, training of the processes, communication of the processes
oExcellent communication and English (key)
oOpen minded and dedicated to build something from scratch
oRollout of training and on-boardings are very useful as the Processes must be brought to the countries and other global teams
oVisio skills
oCertification in ITIL
NICE TO HAVE:
oClarity know-how as an advantage as all project information is stored there
oSharePoint know how as an advantage
