Job description:
The process architect acts as the single point of contact towards Oil Company's Process and Function owners related to services. The role requires close interaction and collaboration with our stakeholders as well as our internal discipline network to ensure sufficient quality in planning and development of governing documentation. The process architect shall act as an ambassador for management system requirements and principles and use his/her competence and experience to advise both owners of governing documentation and CMS on matters related to MS development and problem solving, as well as proactively support management in development of services.

Main tasks:
Advice and support Process owners and Function owners in assess, plan and design of governing documentation.
Facilitate establishment of change overview with Process and function owners, including
o Assessment, scoping and planning of change initiatives
o Change management
o Stakeholder management
o Risk management of governing documentation
Plan and forecast resource need based on the MS release plan and the management system portfolio within designated areas.
Follow up initiatives towards the milestones in the MS release plans.
Follow up on resources assigned to the initiatives.
Secure consistency and quality of MS content within designated areas
