Process and Chain Manager

eCRM Euro are looking for a PROCESS AND CHAIN MANAGER for one of our clients based in Amsterdam, until the end of the year. Must be a fluent Dutch speaker.

Job Description
Change Planning is a department within the Service Quality Center of Netco. Change Planning is responsible for planning changes with customer impact, or risk of customer impact. Besides plans Change Planning responsibility to send the First Time Right perform these changes. We are looking for temporary support of a process chain manager within the field Transmission for the next job

Create reports in preparation for the Chairman of the chain
Implement scrapes method (new welding method) in the department and monitor that the preconditions Change Schedule to be implemented properly in the process
Work Package Control (including good forecast) implement
Integrate the department of work belonging to Change Schedule but yet to be implemented (Orion) now elsewhere
Professionalization of FTR reporting for transmission

Generic processes:
Making change work package planning insight into a regular reporting
Daily work package and control on FTR professionalize (age defying)
Forecast process for making whole work package

IT:
There is a path to the IT systems, which is used to replace Schedule Change. You are responsible for translating the wishes of Planning Change in requirements for systems and monitors in the process

Requested competencies:
Process Thinker (ITIL knowledge preferred)
Analytical
Able to think chain wide
