Process Analyst: Six Sigma/LEAN/Agile/Process/Analyst/models/design/SLA/OLA/Visio/Business

I am looking for an experienced Process Analyst to join my client, a FTSE 100 financial services firm. This is a contract role based in London and offers a day rate of up to £440 per day.

You will demonstrate strong experience developing end-end business process models and have superb stakeholder management skills. You will ideally come from a banking or finance background and have experience in Agile and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies.

The role will entail but is not limited to:

*Develop end to end service process models
*Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to design changes to existing processes and define new processes
*Define and develop performance metrics, SLAs and OLAs as required
*Support business process optimisation

To be eligible for this you will have:

*Strong experience as a Process Analyst
*Superb stakeholder/communication skills
*Demonstrate the ability to design process models
*Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

This is a contract role based in London and offers a day rate of up to £440 per day.
