Process Analyst - Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the service sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, modelling and documentation
- Expertise in client and project management and superior analytic skills
- Experience in Agile software implementation projects using methodologies such as Scrum
- Excellent negotiation and communication/networking skills
- Ability to interact with business stakeholders, understand their requirements and translate them into cost-efficient solutions
- BPMN knowledge
- Experience in the vending business is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English, German would be a big plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Defining and documenting all future business process steps, including inputs, outputs and their interdependencies
- Defining and creating process documentation including narrative, SIPOC and RACI Matrix for each process
- Identifying opportunities for process and control improvements and efficiency gains
- Using process flow diagrams and other visual documentation techniques to enhance the value of business requirements documentation
- Working closely with the requirement and development teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of the business processes and requirements
