Summary
This government?role requires good analytical skill, attention to details and the ability to learn and adapt to the fast changing project environment.

Nature and Scope of Position
Work Performed
Work with Analytic Lead to validate project deliverables against user requirements and business scenarios. Assist Analytic Lead in documenting acceptance criteria and test cases. Gather and analyse user/stakeholder feedback and recommend approaches. Develop Change Request documents as required. Participate in UAT and field testing. Provide user and stakeholder support to field trial and deployment activities. Assist BSR (business stakeholder readiness) team in mapping out "As Is" and "To Be" business processes to meet changed or new business requirements. Work with Analytic lead to develop and maintain project dashboards. Review project documents in area of technical solution and training materials.

Challenges and Problem Solving
Work in a project environment governed by contractual requirements and government policies. Manage multiple stakeholders and parallel streams of work.

Decision Making
The position holder has decision making responsibility for: Advising defect severity and priority. Ensuring impacts to stakeholders and customers are minimised COMMUNICATION/INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS The position holder will interact with: Analytic Lead to assist the delivery of acceptance criteria, project dashboard and prioritisation of solution deliverables and defects other members of the Project delivery team to ensure effective coordination of the project deliverables such as schedule, installation, training and communication. members of the operational management team to provide knowledge transfer and assist with impact analysis around production issues members of the Project's test team to develop a comprehensive set of test cases and steps that cover all aspects of the Project. Pearl personnel to ensure the solution provided is in compliance with the requirements

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for ongoing business and system support to the stakeholders already in production environment. Responsible in assisting analytic lead to provide impact assessments and prioritisations for any defects or non-compliance in the solution. Responsible for developing business processes and templates to help manage the delivery phase of the project. Responsible for gathering user and stakeholder feedbacks and recommends way forward. Responsible for ongoing development and maintenance of the project dashboard
