Process Analyst

This is a 3 month contract with high chance of extension. The role is based very near the CBD and they are offering an immediate start.

This is a project based role where you will be part of a small team of Process Analysts focusing on the improvement of the Student Administration Life Cycle system.

Along with being part of a small team, you will need to interact, coordinate and plan with Senior Stakeholders in the business.

You will be part of a Process Design team that needs to develop business end to end process maps across student administration life cycle.

To qualify for this role, you will need the following requirements:

- EXPERIENCE MAPPING BUSINESS PROCESSES
- EXPERIENCE USING MICROSOFT VISIO
- ABILITY TO FACILITATE PROCESS WORKSHOPS WITH SENIOR BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS
- UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS PROECESS MODELLING AND NOTIATION STANDARD
- EXPERIENCE WORKING ON UNUIVERSITY RELATED PROJECT WORK
- UNDERSTANDING OF UNIVERSITY STUDENT ADMINISTRATION PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS
- ABLE TO START WITHIN 2 WEEKS

Please note that this is not a Project Management role - they are looking for solid Business/Process Analsysts with relevant experience.
