Process Analyst/Lean Six Sigma

Our client, a Financial Services organisation, is searching for a Lean Six Sigma Process Analyst to engage with SMEs to understand, map, identify improvements and manage delivery through the full DMAIC life cycle. Ideal candidates will have experience of identifying process improvement opportunities within Group Services and oversee delivery of improvements and benefits realisation using appropriate Lean Six Sigma tools and capabilities.

Skills/Experience Required

- Lean six sigma certified (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience in operating in an IT environment is preferred
- Experience within Finance would be ideal
- A strong track record of evidenced delivery

Financial Services experience is a pre-requisite, along with good stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
