Process Analyst Job

Process Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Phoenix, AZ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

2-3 years process analysis experience

Strong background in IT Applications Development and Support

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Meet with stakeholders to do process analysis on current state or future processes

Identifies, documents, analyzes, designs and redesigns IT Applications processes, both current and future

Create and document SIPOCs for PAS IT processes

Alignment of processes across PAS organization and in coordination with Operations and business stakeholder groups

Gathering process documentation for current state inventory

Utilize Blueworks tool for process documentation

Promote use of Blueworks tool by assisting stakeholders with access and use

Assist with document repository using SharePoint

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

BS/BA degree in related area or equivalent industry experience

3-5 years industry experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PMP Certification

Understanding of Agile methodology

BlueWorks Live experience

Continual Improvement experience

2-3 years previous experience in a management consulting experience with a consulting firm
