ROLE: PROCESS ANALYST (INSURANCE)
LOCATION: PUERTO RICO, MEXICO
DURATION: LONG TERM
NOTE: MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (ENGLISH Prepare Training Plans and Conduct Training for Staff on Future Business Landscape in the identified Functional Domains.
PROFESSIONAL KNOW-HOW
ACADEMICS:
Commerce Graduate (15 years of education)
Business Process Migration and Documentation
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of experience with 1-2 years as an Insurance Domain SME in Property & Casualty Insurance space
- Domain expert with end to end experience around P&C Claims/Policy Admin/New Business/Customer Service activities as applicable is preferable or with experience in the Financial Services domain
- Strong Leader with very strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience of running strategic optimization projects
- Have vision, commitment and ownership of all operating strategies and how competitors, market cycle, technology and legislative trends will create opportunities and threats
- Extensive & deep experience in the P ensure Matrix partners understand the strategy and are able to support it; build collaboration across them.
- Change leadership with proven ability to lead, motivate and gain commitment
- Proven track record of Insurance knowledge
- Market knowledge/trends/models
- Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) resources with some specific experience as part of an Insurance Process Operations Setup and Transitions
- Familiarity with business process documentation and Process Mapping based on client's business requirements
