Process Analyst: Dutch and English speaking
Please read on if you have the following:
- Experience in process analysis or junior project management
- Fluent Dutch and English this is mandatory!
The client is a telco organization that provides IT services and consultancy. The Process Analyst supports the Integration Manager in implementations by defining services offered and ensuring they agreements are met. They mainly deliver hardware but sometimes software. The key is to be able to determine customers' needs and to ensure projects are delivered.
Tasks include: defining and formalizing processes, implementing them, following up before handover to operations and reporting on progress.
French language skills are an asset but not obligatory.
