Process Analyst - Customer Due Diligence (Brussels)

Je functie: Function Description:
Your main tasks as Process Analyst are as follows:
1. Analyse, implement and follow up process improvements in the Customer Due Diligence domain.
Analyse the impact of process changes on processes.
Draft a high level process flow, define implementation plan & change management plan.
Prepare training if needed.
2. Draft process notes and work instructions for the Customer Due Diligence domain.
Participate to the process review meeting and take ownership of Business as usual process assignments. Identify process impacts of business requirements.
3. Participate in the different project meetings to define a roll out planning for new functionalities in the Customer Due Diligence domain.
Key Tasks:
? Analyse list of process improvements (prioritization, cost/profit analysis)
? Implement process improvements
? Analyse together with the domain stakeholders, process impact of changes with respect to European legislation
? Write process notes / work instructions / training material
? Collaborate & communicate with process owner, mid office and project teams
? Set up a change management approach (training, communication, aftercare etc.) & participate in execution
Duration: Start Date : Asap
Duration : 6 months with possible extension(s)
