For our client, a leading financial company based in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent

Process Analyst (Contract, Zurich)

In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Analysing processes from vendors;
- Creating and editing new processes;
- Working with providers and re-designing processes;
- Translating the process work into new contract clauses;
- Performing content management work on websites and wikis

This is a contract position in Zurich.

The start date is ASAP.

The contract duration is 6 months, with possible extensions.

The working language is English.

For this position we are searching for a process analyst or designer with experience with networks, telephony and audio/video devices. Experience with the ITIL framework would be advantageous. Ideally you have procurement experience and are used to dealing and negotiating with vendors.
