ROLE - Process Analyst - Commercial Banking - Lean Sigma - Bristol - £380/day

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a leading UK retail bank require the services of a Process Analyst to work on the Process Design Resource to support Process impacts of SME Banking reconfiguration.  Critical resource in designing, delivering and mapping current 'As Is' processes and designing 'To Be' processes.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- To design and implement robust, scalable, useable end to end processes
- Investigate As Is' processes to understand underlying problems and control issues
- Collate data to support 'As Is' understanding
- Map 'As Is' processes to agreed standards
- Identify and analyse options for process efficiencies and standardisations including removal of duplication
- Present options and recommendations for improvements alongside 'To Be' process maps and supporting data considering impacts on wider Commercial model/systems               

CORE SKILLS

- A&D standard
- Experienced Lean/Sigma practitioner in a financial environment
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent presentation (verbal and paper) skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- PA&D standard and Lean Sigma
