For one of our major clients in the banking sector, we are looking for a
Process Analyst / Coach Your mission
· A good determination of the new tasks on-boarded in ITSM in general and DSA in particular is essential to ensure a good progress in the LAM project.

Deliverables
· Documentation on the usage of the new tooling.
· Procedures on how to handle newly on-boarded applications.
· Training of operational teams on the new processes.
· Coaching and training of the Business on these also where applicable.
· Interfacing between the different ITSM teams will be current.
· Understanding the roles and constrains of every stake holder in the various processes will be essential to compromise on the processes.

Your profile
· Good knowledge of Windows, Lotus Notes and a demonstrated experience in application handling and work-flow processing, and coaching capabilities.
