Within Engineering CRM & Channels for Enterprises, the mission of Process Management Channels for Enterprises is to manage, monitor &
improve the processes linked to the online channels for enterprises (Isabel, PCbBusiness, Connexis Cash, etc).
Function Description
Your main tasks as Process Analyst are as follow:
° Analyse, implement and follow up process improvements for online channels for enterprises.
° Analyse the impact of process changes on sales and back office processes.
° Draft a high level process flow, define implementation plan & change management plan.
° Participate in projects and studies related to the domain of Channels for Enterprises.
° Collaborate & communicate with process owner, marketing, product manager, back office teams, front office.
° Set up a change management approach (training, communication, aftercare etc.) & participate in execution.

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in similar function.

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
