Process Analyst - Business Analsy - BA

Business Analyst - Process Analyst - Process Improvement. Our small friendly client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their team on a temporary contract basis for 3 months with a possible extension. Youll be working very closely with one other BA delivering new processes within Finance and HR. Your role will be to produce new processes required to help increase efficiency. To qualify for the role you must have experience of:
* Producing process documentation including process flow diagrams, requirements data, using tools such as Visio
* Reviewing existing business processes (As-Is), to identify the new required business processes (To-Be) and identify how the business will move from one to the other.
* Working with the Business Analyst and on your own to facilitate workshops and 1 to 1 meetings to gather business requirements, engaging relevant stakeholders as required. The client can be flexible on the hours and days worked. Interviews to be arranged week beginning 26th November with a start ideally before Christmas.
