Process Analyst (Banking)

PROCESS ANALYST/PROCESS LEAD/BUSINESS ANALYST/BANKING/BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT/LEAN/SIX SIGMA
£250 TO £300 A DAY

I am currently looking for a Process Analyst to process map and analyse all areas of the project work-flow and to provide insight and improvement in regards to all areas of the project. Working alongside the Project Lead, client and operations delivery team, the Process lead will be expected to map end to end both the operational functions and the customer/agent journeys to ensure a resilient basis for the launch of the project. The process lead will also be asked to provide relevant insight into potential areas of improvements with a view to streamlining the operational costs and efficiencies.

Experience

- Proven track record within a business improvement/process mapping role, preferably in a contact centre
- Confidence in client interaction
- Good communication skills with the ability to provide clear and precise feedback for team members & external clients
- Strong gap analysis skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Understanding of customer journey, training needs and drivers
- Production and publication of regular reports, accurate process maps and presentations
- Proven experience with mapping/project management tools eg Visio
- Business Improvement
- Lean/Six Sigma Preferred but not essential

* Travel is involved in this role 2-3 times a week.
