Process Analyst - Asset & Facilities Management (S40)

Process Analyst - Asset & facilities Management Gladesville Location Health Industry experience preferred. The project involves the implementation of a new IT system and standardised business processes to improve the strategic and operational management of assets including land, buildings, plant and medical equipment. The Business Analyst is an integral member of the AFM Program team responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of defined outcomes within agreed timeframes, budget, quality and resources. The position will be responsible for business model analysis, process definition and design and interpretation of business rules and requirements for the system. This includes the development, review and documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, system design, test scenario's, use cases and standard reports.

SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Extensive experience and demonstrated understanding of asset and facilities management, preferably in a Health environment or large complex organisation.
2. Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst for an enterprise wide program with proven IT systems implementation experience contributing to the development of integrated, uniform product. Knowledge and experience with development tools for system configuration, workflow management and report development highly desirable.
3. Sound analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and proven ability to quickly understand the current issues, challenges, directions and business requirements for service delivery, their implications and the opportunities they present for IM business model analysis; business process modelling; workflow and data.
