Process Analyst

Business Analyst - Process Analysis/Actuarial/Reserving/Financial - this is a long term contract opportunity to join a global financial services company for a business critical project. The focus of the role will involve working closely with IT and business users in the area of fielding and actuarial analysis on a new reserving process.

Your experience/skills:

7+ years Business Analysis experience within the financial sector
Extensive process analysis experience
Understanding of actuarials/reserving is highly desirable
Data model/data flow know-how
Good mathematical and business understanding
Database knowledge (DB2, SQL and Excel) and strong analytical, problem-solving skills
English is a must - German is a plus

Your tasks:

Gathering and analysing the business requirements for the new solution
Working closely with IT, business and other customer/stakeholders
Analysing and designing new processes
Translating requirements into technical specifications
Ensure correct implementation of business requirements
Involved in the testing life cycle
Documenting system tests as well as managing the user acceptance test including the rollout
