A Process Analyst is urgently required for an ASAP start with a major client in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Process Analyst will have an affinity with logistics and planning and will help the roll-out management to create batches in the planning tool (FF-Tooling).
The Process Analyst will have the following skills and experience -
- Analytical and pragmatic.
- Process management, tuning
- Experience with Workplace Services and Workplace products/services
- Knowledge of the WPS services, architects, process owners and the external supplier
- Must be fully conversant and familiar with Excel pivot tables, MS SharePoint
- Strong communication skills to communicate clearly with the product owners, project managers, process owners and the external supplier
The Process Analyst will be responsible for -
- Supporting the rollout/creation of batches
- Support in finalizing batches
- Logistics control before and during the Build rollout.
