Process Analyst

Advantage Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our internationally recognised client for a Process Analyst at one of their sites in Coventry. As part of their global expansion programmes you will support the continued development and enhancement of the framework and method used to develop cross functional process and business capability requirements.

You will work across functions to identify gaps in current processes and capabilities as the business expands globally, and supporting functions in closing the identified gaps through both short term process issue resolution and longer term process improvements.

Other activities include

*Leading and managing process development as part of global expansion projects, providing status vs. plan at key meetings such as level 2 Process Integration meetings and Programme reviews
*Mapping business processes at various levels of detail to show key tasks and activity flows
*To help develop and nurture a process mind-set across the business

Candidate requirements:

*Capability in process centric thinking
*Strong communication skills
*High levels of motivation and engagement
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong levels of focus and determination
*Basic MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Ideally experience of cross-functional process development
*preferably using Visio or ARIS toolset
